The Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership terms currently in effect at the time of your Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership purchase will apply throughout the term of your initial Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership. If these Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership terms are amended during or after your initial membership period, then the amended Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership terms will apply to your Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership beginning on the next membership renewal date.

The Social Media Posse LLC may, from time to time, to the extent legally permitted offer free trial memberships for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). The terms and conditions of such Free Trial will be communicated to you when you sign up for the Free Trial.

Popstar Sunnies Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ members will be billed $2.99 per month plus shipping costs until you request to cancel the membership. Discounted membership rates may be offered in special one time offers. These discounted membership rates will be billed as agreed upon per month until you request to cancel the membership.

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, or contacting us at popstarsunnies@gmail.com.

Membership fees are paid in advance and are not refunded in whole or in part. Your membership will terminate at the end of the month covered by your most recently paid membership fee.

Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any further renewal periods and your membership will not continue past the then current period.

IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THEN RETURN TO POPSTARSUNNIES.COM AND USE ANY FEATURE RESERVED FOR MEMBERS, YOUR PAYMENT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR A MEMBERSHIP UPON CHECK OUT. YOU WILL NOT SEE THE MEMBERSHIP IN YOUR CHECK OUT CART.

PopstarSunnies.com may terminate or cancel your membership at any time and for any reason or no reason, at its sole and exclusive discretion. In such event, your Mystery Sunnies of the Month™ membership fee will be refunded on a prorate basis as of the termination or cancellation date.
