Will I be charged duties and taxes?

DUTIES AND TAXES

1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. UK & Europe

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there should be no additional charges upon delivery. Please get in touch with our support team if any charges do arise, and we will cover any costs by issuing a credit note.

3. Other international shipments

There may be other duties and taxes incurred on your shipment. Please note that Popstar Sunnies does not have control over these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery through issuance of a store credit note.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Coco & Eden does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of PopStar Sunnies. As we're based out of the US, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees.

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere, worldwide. Kindly note that we donotship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

What's the delivery time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days. Once your order is out for delivery you can follow the below guide for the estimated shipping times:

How do I find my order?

If you have a PopStar Sunnies account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within24 hoursof placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Can I change my address?

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

Once the order is shipped, PopStar Sunnies cannot change the address on our end.

How can I track my order?

First, log into your PopStar Sunnies account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

How to track your order
Once you have your tracking number, you can now easily see where your goodies are! Just use our tracking widget and input the tracking number to track your parcel every step of the way.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your 45-day guarantee?

We have a no fuss, no stress 45 days returns and exchange policy. After receiving your parcel you've got a full 45 days to get in touch and arrange a return or an exchange.

What's your returns policy?

You have 45-days after purchase to request a return or exchange.

To help prevent wastage we ask that your order be free of makeup, and/or other stains, and come with its original packaging. To be more sustainable we've cut out unnecessary wrapping and tags, so don't worry about those not being included on your return.

How do I start a return?

Do I cover the return shipping fee?

PopStar Sunnies are not responsible for covering the return shipping fee and it will not be deducted from the refundable amount.

When will I receive my refund?

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return!

Payments

What are your payment methods?

You can pay for your items in many ways! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed,

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

1. Credit card or Debit Visa Card

If you have a PopStar Sunnies account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order.

2. PayPal

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the PopStar Sunnies site.

3. ShopPay

We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free instalments with clearplay. Simply add your favourites to your cart, select clearpay at checkout, log into or create your ShopPay account and your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
